Processing Your Order
We try our best to ship goods as soon as possible. On an average, it takes 3 business days to ship goods from our end. However, if the quantities are more and if need to be manufacture then it may take longer time to process and ship your order. Should this happen we will keep you updated about the order status through email.

Customs and International Shipping
All orders are shipped internationally from our warehouses across United Kingdom to your provided shipping address via Royal Mail/UPS/FEDEX. Due to the nature of international shipping, occasionally an additional import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country that will be paid by you. The large majority of orders will not have to pay any additional fees. However, we are unable to calculate when and how much these infrequent customs duty charges will be levied. To make your shopping experience as seamless as possible, we have arranged with Royal Mail/UPS/FEDEX to customs clear your goods for you and deliver them to your doorstep.

We have our shipping taken care by FEDEX/Royal Mail/UPS and they make it easy for customers from around the globe to shop our exclusive products. However, due to the current COVID-19 circumstances we are unable to process any INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING outside UK.
At the time of Confirming the order there is a page where you have to put your complete address with country. Once done we will take care of rest and process your shipment.

When international orders reach their destination country/region, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.
ORDER PROCESSING AND CANCELLATION
Orders are processed pending availability and credit verification. Orders placed on Friday after 7 PM will begin processing on the following Monday. We will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional information for credit verification. Delivery time does not include Sundays or holidays.
If you refuse a shipment, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to ECO Enterprises. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
Your privacy is important to us, and we care about how your order information is used and shared. We would like customers who are sending or receiving products via international shipping to be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to inspection, and may be opened by customs authorities.
We provide certain order, shipment, and product information (such as description) to our international carriers, and this information may be communicated by the carriers to customs authorities to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING – TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Items in your order that are designated for shipment to countries outside of the UK. may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country (“Import Fees”). Customer is in no question of getting worried, ECO Enterprises will take care of cost and everything. Customer will not have to pay any Custom Duty charges separately even if it is presented by the shipping company. In the case of gifts customer have to pay the shipping cost of the product but customer is not responsible for the Custom Duty.
To obtain details regarding the Actual Import Fees, or to obtain documentation or receipts in connection with customs clearance, you may contact the Carrier specified in your shipment confirmation e-mail.
